This website is operated by SwiftieCast. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.
Who can use this store
By placing an order you confirm that you are old enough to enter into a contract in your country, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Products and prices
- We try to show our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on your screen.
- Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
- Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other product discounts.
- The Sing-Along Microphone is a prop. It does not amplify or record sound.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. You agree to give accurate and complete order and contact details so we can deliver your order and reach you about it.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs, delivery estimates and the countries we ship to are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Optional add-ons
Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee are optional services you can add to your order. What each one covers is described on the product page and in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Using the projector
The projector plays content from your own devices and services. You are responsible for having the right to watch the content you play, and for following the terms of any streaming service you use. We do not provide, host or license any films, music or concert recordings.

SwiftieCast is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, record label, tour or streaming service.
Our content
The text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Third-party links and tools
Our site may link to websites or use tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they work, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
