We want you to love your order. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not pay for return shipping on a faulty or damaged item.

Returns with the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you added the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to your order, you can return your projector for any reason within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund of the product price. The item must be in its original box with all accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Returns without the guarantee

Without the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, except where the law in your country gives you that right.

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To use it, contact us within those 14 days and send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Add-ons

  • Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee are services. Their fees are not refundable once your order has shipped, except where the law requires it.
  • The Sing-Along Microphone can be returned on the same terms as the projector.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us through the form on our Contact page, or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number.
  2. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and next steps.
  3. Send the item back in its original packaging and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations and address changes

We can cancel an order or change the address before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected, but you can return it under the terms above.
