Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Our projector is a custom edition made in small batches and stock is very low right now, so some orders can take longer to leave our warehouse.
Delivery time
After processing, orders usually arrive in about 10 to 12 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or because of customs checks.
Where we ship and what it costs
- $5.99 flat per order: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
- $9.99 flat per order: Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Norway, Poland, United Arab Emirates and New Zealand.
The shipping price is the same no matter how many items are in your order. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. It can take 2 to 4 days after dispatch for tracking to show movement. If yours has not updated in 7 days, contact us and we will look into it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. If any apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless they are shown as included at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it. If you added Shipping Protection, a parcel that is lost or stolen in transit is replaced free of charge. If your parcel seems lost and you did not add Shipping Protection, contact us anyway and we will help you trace it with the carrier.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before you order. We can change it before the order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a reship, and a new shipping fee may apply.
